Webservice step not returning terminating event

I have more information on my problem.

When the client copy was done it was copied from PRD/200 to QAS/210.
QAS/210 was copied to QAS/200, where we do our QAS testing.

When the Webservice is executed, it is sending out Client=210 in the
URL. We checked all of the URLs on the Callback Dialog Tab in
WF_HANDCUST and when you click the Generate URLs and they all say
client=200.

So, we think that some table setting did not get set from 210 to 200
when BDLS was run after the client copy.

We also get the following the workflow error when we capture the URL
that is supposed to come back to the workflow and put it into a web
browser:

Does anyone have any idea where I can look to figure out what tables to
check?

Subject: Webservice step not returning terminating event

We're on ECC 6. I have workflows that execute the Webservice, forms are
filled out and submitted. They are then routed to the appropriate
departments for processing.

All systems have been working fine. We copied PRD down to QAS and DEV a
couple of weeks ago. I had to change WF_EXTSRV, WF_HANDCUST, SICF in
DEV to make sure that everything was pointing to the DEV servers, etc.
I got DEV to work fine. I have been trying for a few days to get QAS to
work and cannot. I've compared DEV with QAS and seem to have all the
settings set up correctly - pointing to the QAS servers.

When I go into WF_HANDCUST and test the URLs on all of the tabs in QAS,
they seem to work. When I execute the transaction to start the
workflow, the call to the Webservice works fine and brings up the form
to be filled out. When I click the Submit button at the bottom of the
form, I'm not getting the terminating event back and the workflow just
hangs. The data from the form has not been sent back to the workflow.
When we look on the java side, we can see that the data was created. I
have checked the SWLWPTSSID table and all of the clients exist in the
table.

I am at a loss now as to why it is not working in QAS. It is probably
something very simple, but I cannot think of what it might be.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
