Error while sending an email

Hi Srinivas,

 

Kindly check the following and let me know if it helped.

 

1.	An agent assignment is not required for send mail step.  If your
SAP user id is correct in the recipient's box, then it should work.
2.	Could you kindly tell us how you are passing the recipient:-
(viz. role, position, user id, etc.)
3.	If you are determining the user id using some FM just ensure if
the user id is prefixed by 'US'
4.	Check if the user id exists in SAP. (in su01)
5.	For RFC destination error, pls check if your workflow
configuration is complete in transaction SWU3.

shows 'NO agent' for send mail.My questions are:

How can we assign an agent for send mail option???
