Error while sending an email

Hi Experts,

I am experiencing an issue regarding sending an email to SBWP.The log shows
'NO agent' for send mail.My questions are:
How can we assign an agent for send mail option???
Below is the error message.
Unable to read RFC destination WORKFLOW_LOCAL_100

Please help me out.Thanks in advance..
