Hi Sherie,

You mentioned the users are the same in both systems. Do both of them
have transaction SWO_ASYNC assigned to their profiles? See note 1006235.

* 1006235 - Authorization check for transaction SWO_ASYNC

Regards,

Eddie

Subject: Error when starting submethod

Hello Experts,

I am stumped on this one. Working with ECC 5 (4.6C).

I have a workflow with a step that displays a doc from template (Method
DISPLAY on BOR WF_DOC). That step works perfectly in all systems. A
later step in the same flow allows creation of an SES (Method
CREATEWITHDIALOG on the BOR BUS2091) with a secondary method (amodal
call) that once again displays the doc (Method DISPLAY on BOR WF_DOC).
This step works perfectly in Dev and Integ systems, but not in the
Production Support system. The "Error when starting submethod" is
thrown and the primary task works, but the document will not display.

I have checked everything I can think of. I had no problem with the
transports that I can see and the workflow is identical in both systems.
The agent is the same in both steps in both systems, so I don't believe
it is a security issue.

I will be grateful for any and all suggestions!!

Thank You,

Sherie
