Error when starting submethod

Sherie,

Are you certain the agent has the same authorizations in the different 
systems? SBWP users need authorization to TCode SWO_ASYNC in the post 
4.6C systems to launch links and secondary methods. You mention ECC 5 
but what does the 4.6C indicate?
