requested start date error

Hi all,

I'm having troubles setting up a requested start date on a workflow step. The system gives me error 'No unit with the desired conversion factor is maintained'.
When I have a look on the workflow customizing, the time units have the error-status.
This problem only occurs on one client (unfortunately, this is the development-client.). 
I'm not very familiar with the time unit-settings. Does anyone have a clue on this ?
