[LIKELY JUNK]Wait step-trouble shooting

Hi Biswajit,
Ok ... could simply be a deadlock if both paths are completing at the
same time.
It could also be that someone is in the dialog work item at the time so
it is locked from being logically deleted.
There may also be authorisation issues if the auth of the user creating
the event is being used to execute the logical deletion.

Consider using a terminating event directly on your dialog step instead
- you can use terminating events on any dialog task (synchronous or
asynchronous).

Also check the event log (SWEL) and technical workflow log to see if
there are any messages indicating why the logical deletion was
unsuccessful.
Regards,
Jocelyn

Subject: [LIKELY JUNK]Wait step-trouble shooting

Hi All,

What mechanism logically delete the workitem in case of a wait event is
triggered.

I have two parallel branches.

1. Dialog step
2. Wait for event

If the event defined above is triggered in the system then the dialog
step should be logically deleted.

This happens correctly for 80% of all the instances. But 20% are not
logically deleted.

Want to know what mechanism logically delete the workitem/how to check
what made this 20% error.
