URL to execute a WI

At the risk of stating the obvious, why not just use program RSWUWFML2 to
send emails?
You can set it up so that the emails have executable links to the
workitems.

I want to send an email with a URL in it to execute a Workitem.  The WI
will perform the std Leave Request Approval.  Anyone got any ideas?
