Extended notification subscription settings

Hello experts,

I'm using the extended notification to generate HTML emails and it works well. However I'm still not able to use subscription settings for SHOW_DOCUMENTS_AS and SHOW_OBJECTS_AS - I've tried all possible options but it had no affect.

Has anyone managed to set these to work? I've tried delivery type EMAIL HTML and all possible granularity values.
