Reciever Data not shown in Event Trace

Hi,
Workflows were being triggered in CRM sys when a service ticket was created. But now when I see the event trace the Event is also triggered
And it shows the receiver as correct workflow but automatically the status is changed to completed. Even though there is a dialog work item in the workflow.

In the Event Trace initially a work item ID was generated when the workflow was triggered but now it doesn't show any receiver data.
This is happening only for this specific workflow.
