Autostarting URL from a task

Dear experts,
I have created a WF in SWDD which has three decision steps.
 
Decision A - exit
Decision B - URL (http....) 
Decision C - URL (http....)
Scenario: 
 
When the user presses decision button B or C, he will automatically be directed to the URL (as if he has clicked the hyperlink) by a single activity step with one task.
 
How can this be done?
