Triggering an event based on a custom HR infotype field

Hello Joe,

Thanks for the reply. How would I monitor a specific change for a field in the HR infotype in "real-time?" I need to read a date for all the subtypes in that infotype and if that date is one month from system date for any of the subtypes, i need to keep sending reminders until that record is either changed or a new record is inserted in the infotype. Also, How would i specify the event that a specific change is done and not just any change to the record. For example is it possible to say that the date is changed and then do a check that the date is changed to specific value.

I never linked HR Infotypes with events so i'm not sure how that can be done.

Thanks a lot.
Ali
