SAP Inbox Decision - URL Link in Task Description

Hi All:

Is there a way, hopefully simple, to insert a URL link into the Task
Description of a Decision Task?   This URL link is needed for SAP Workflow
Inbox use only.  Email is not used in this WF.   Just typing the URL link
into the Decision Task Description shows only the URL Text in the Inbox
Decision Work Item, not the URL Link.
