BO data model for SAP-ISU

I've been working with BOR Objects (Object Category BO) for 6 years now in IS-U, so your question doesn't make much sense to me. Could you elaborate a bit more?

All the business objects in SAP are based on application area designed with BO data model. But there are certain application area in SAP like SAP-ISU where all the business object are not falling in any BO data model. 


Can anybody explain me why this approach is taken by SAP and what is the advantage of the same.
