Liz,

Sorry about the delay, I was away for the last week.

In some cases eval paths are stored in table T77S0 and can be changed as
part of HR config. However, in this case, eval path SAP_CTSK is not in
that table. I tried to look where in the ABAP code it determines that
SAP_CTSK is the eval path used for possible agents but I didn't find it.

Is your company using a lot of HR? Maybe changing SAP_CTSK wouldn't be
so bad.

Also, if you're on ERP 6.0, an enhancement spot could allow you to
"intervene" and use your eval path instead of the SAP-delivered
SAP_CTSK.

I'll keep looking.

Claude,

Rather then change the eval path SAP_CTSK, I created a Z_CTSK eval path.
How can I get the agent assignment to use my Z_CTSK eval path?

Also, everything is now showing up in the agent assignment (all org
units, positions and users), however I am still getting No Agent
Selected.  When I look at the workflow log, there are no possible
agents.

Liz,

Unfortunately, unless you change an SAP-delivered evaluation path,
you're stuck listing all the org units.

However, you could do the following:

In transaction OOAW, you can access eval path SAP_CTSK and add the line:

O B 002 Is line supervisor of * O

I tried it in a sandbox and it works. However, since SAP_CTSK could be
used somewhere else in reports or other transactions, you'll have
changed its behavior.

You may need to do new method to be executed prior to your dialog task,
where you perhaps call RH_STRUC_GET and gather all the users, then pass
them into your dialog task.

One evaluation path that is a good starting point is WF_ORGUS.  You
should definitely check out others in transaction OOAW.

I have created a custom org unit for my workflow.  The org unit consists
of several subordinate org units which have positions and users assigned
to them. 

Example: 

Org Unit 
        Org Unit 1 
                Position 1 
                        User A 
                        User B etc 
        Org Unit 2 
                Position 2 
                        User C 
                        User D etc 
        Org Unit 3 
                Position 3 
                        User E 
                        User F etc 

It seems that I have to list all the subordinate org units (1, 2, 3 etc)
in order for this to work.  

Is there something I can do, or have done wrong, that I am not able to
put the highest org unit in the Agent Assignment and have it pick up all
the users as possible agents?
