URL attachment

Dear Experts,
I am using ecc 4.7 system. I have a user decision step in workflow. I want to insert a hyperlink in the objects and attachments section of the user decision step. We can attach an object of SOFM instance only in user decision step. Please tell me,
1. How to insert a hyperlink in objects & attachments section2. How to make my url as instance of SOFM.
