Template for Workflow solution approach

There is a tool developed by one Dan Harmon of Ciber, which I have shared on
an SDN Blog. 

Please feel free to get this spreadsheet, and use it for your project.  It
is not application specific - but if you have a handle on your general
development and test times for various workflow components, this will help
you scope out your projects.
