We are on SAP ECC 6.0

 

Currently we have a process where certain image document types are scanned
to employee records which then kick off workflows.  For employees (BUS1065),
there is a BO PREL (Employee document) that we scan to.

 

Our users want to be able to scan W-9 forms to Vendors.  I see a BO BUS2020
(Vendor Document), but it is only in Modeled status, so I can't create the
subtype of ZBUS2020 and generate it so I can add the Event (Assigned) that
will trigger the workflow.  It won't let me generate it because it is in
modeled status and BO BUS2020 is an SAP object - which I don't want to
update.

 

Why would SAP have BUS2020 only be in modeled status?  Is there another BO
that I should use?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
