Error '9' when calling service 'SO_OBJECT_SEND'

Hi all,
our customer had an upgrade from 4.70 to ECC 6.0 (SAPKH60015). We have a task to send an e-mail, behind method SELFITEM/SENDTASKDESCRIPTION has been used. When performing this we got this error.

The SWU3 is ok, I'm also able to send mails within the SBWP.

Anybody has an idea how to solve this? I found already some messages about it but not yet the good one I think.
