Workflow approvals using blackberry

Hi Akshay,

for using the standard link in the first place, we set under "Subscription settings" the parameter
SHOW_ACTION_DECISION_AS   --> LINK

And for the workflow step, a work item based on the generic decision object, which is used with these decision steps in the workflow pattern.

As the eMail type under the Subscription setting you use EMAIL_HTML

You have to activate the required web services under SICF. The eMails will tell you, which node wasn't activated. The online manual names the web service, which are required, and the generated link gives you also the reference of the web service, which is expected to be running.

Best wishes,
   Florin
