Workflow approvals using blackberry

Hi Florin,
Thanks for the prompt response.
Can you pls guide me on following points:
1. What exactly you were required to adapt email generation part?
2. How links were present in case of plain/text emails?
3. Any specific changes in the extended notif. config part so that mails are sent to and handled by blackberry ?

Hi Akshay,

we've solved it with the extended notifications, but adapted the generation of the eMail and stripped down the HTML-part, having plain/text eMails.
Beside that, we've left everything else as it was, and the links do work from Blackberry.
