Event PDRELA_025.created through t.code PSV1

Hi Shai,

My experience in this area is more along the lines of LSO, but - to cut a
long story short - I've found the standard events unreliable once you
start adding any sort of custom functionality on the HCM side. I almost
always use own function modules in SWEHR3.
