Leave Request Work item xxxx locked by user xxxx (enqueue error)

Hello,

If you search the SAP-WUG archives for "locked by user" you will find
a much-discussed case.
In Google:
site:mailman.mit.edu sap-wug "locked by user"

Does the workflow have branches, are two users using it at the same time?
