Leave Request Work item xxxx locked by user xxxx (enqueue error)

Hi All, 
 
We are facing a issue with leave request workflow. Once workitem is approved, the very next step in the workflow is getting into an error "Workitem XXXXXX locked by user (-4932093) enqueue error. 
 
Anyone faced same issue before ?
