Attachment from service ticket

Hi Experts,

I have implemented a scenario in which I  have copied the service ticket details to the body of the email that is sent to the approver.
I have an addition requirement here. I also have to read the attachment from the service ticket and add that to the outgoing email.

How can I achieve this requirement?
