Defaulting the sender's email address

Hello,

I think this can be achieved by having the workflow send the mail as
WF-BATCH by doing it as
a background task. Then set the email address of WF-BATCH as approver1 at xy.com.

The only problem is, this will show up as the email address every time
WF-BATCH sends a mail.
