SAP Workflow Search

I have tweaked it a bit more, so it searches only forum threads on SDN and
blogs.
I have also added filters to refine the results further, so now you should
get results listed and then 4 links on top to narrow the search further to
only WUG threads or SDN Blogs or SDN Threads or look for results from
sapgenie.com

I was unable to add Rick Bakker' suggestion of including the SDN Workflow
forum only, I have a
thread<https://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1435823&tstart=0>open
on SDN for this.
