difference between latest end and request end..

Dear priyank,

Functionaly there is no difference. The main idea is to have two deadline points of use, for example: 
On Requested End set simple deadline to remind the responsible agent he is late.
On Latest End set simple deadline to notify responsible agent superior.

That's about it - hope's it help.

hi ppl,
iam getting a lot of confusion between latest end and request end..both can
be escalated to other person if the workitem is not check with in
deadline..then what is the exact difference between them.
