difference between latest end and request end..

You mean to say Request end should be done..means it may go beyond the
deadline...????..
Latest end must end with mentioned time..that means its reliable to use
Latest end compare to Request end..coz as you told Requested End = when the
workitem should be done
Latest End= when the workitem must be done
