difference between latest end and request end..

Hello,

Requested End = when the workitem should be done
Latest End= when the workitem must be done

Apart from that they're pretty much the same. You can program them to
do whatever you want when the deadline is reached, by default they do
nothing, except cause some nice graphical effects in SBWP.

Requested End is sometimes used to give a warning that the Latest End
is coming soon.
