Inbox "Substitution For"

I have most of my WFs routed to users via type US. 
I have one or two that are routed via Position. In the inbox view, it is

annoying to see Substitute For: US, US, POSITION, US...

How do I get the inbox to display all the US or POSITION? Not mixed! 

For a task routing by position, and the HRUS_D2 table is populated,
(nothing setup in HRP1001) it will display US name.  
If I then add substitute by position for given user, it will display
position data.
