Workflow is not triggered properly.

Thanks everyone for your reply.

I am currently testing by adding 10 seconds wait before the first step. I
can't use event queue as we need to start the workflow immediately as soon
as sales order is created. Also, I do not see any dump when this happens.

Will keep you posted if this wait step approach doesnt work.
