SWU3-RFC Destination config Issue

I dont want to waste your time. It is fixed the issue is WF-BATCH user validity. 
Changed the dates..all set

All,
I am unable to acitvate the RFC destination...when tried automatic config there is message pop-up 'RFC user has wrong password.Synchrozise password? when I say 'Yes' it is errored out.I changed the WF-Batch user password to my user pwd and tried manually..error saying 'RFC User is locked or Invalid'..
Both options(manual & Automatic) are not working and 'RFC destination' not activated in SWU3..

Any help is appreciated..
