Start Condition related to upgrade ECC 6

Mike,

This indeed makes sence, I used /nSWUE to simulate the CREATED event on an
EXISTING order, in this case the error doesn't occure.

The problem is that I use a standard linkage type, so I have no influence on
cheking the creation status and don't now how to solve this.
