Import/Export Parameter on Container Objects

Hi WUG,
I'm curious if anyone else out there just sets both the import and
export flags on all of their container elements.  I usually forget to
set an import flag and I've been contemplating just always setting both
flags...I think I'd save myself time in the long run.  Anyone have a
reason why this would be a bad practice?
