ECC6 - Portal Detail View - Create Ad-Hoc Request

Can someone please tell me how to disable the "Create Ad-Hoc Request
<javascript:void(0);> " in Portals view? 
 
I do not see this option in the SAPGUI inbox and I do not see options on
the template.
