Issue with Time Zone settings in Extended Notifications(SWNCONFIG)

I do not know for sure but I will verify it Monday: 

With this option the Schedule settings you defined with transaction SWNADMIN
are not taken into account. 

It is no problem, but notifications will be created irrespective to the
Schedule settings.

I have scheduled the report SWN_SELSEN report with option "No time check
during send". Can it be a problem? Experts Please advice.
