CATS Workflow

Andy,I thought the problem was fixed by looking at my trial version. but actual client is in ECC 5.0 and there is no option called 'with approval procedure for exceptions'  in  ACC1 transaction...Is there any other solution.. to trigger the CATS workflow on some condition...

I am not using BAPI_CATIMESHEETMGR_INSER..not sure how to this will control workflow trigger..

In our release, on the CATS data entry profile theres the option 'with approval procedure for exceptions' and a Group.  The Group is used to specify the Wage Types that cause the Wf Task to be started.  This might not in your release, as we are using TS31000007 which is the Approval task that superceeds TS20000460

Subject: CATS workflow

Hi,
I am using standard task TS20000460 for time sheet approval(automatic agent determination). I configured this task in CAC1 and working fine.
But business needs to get this workflow approval  only in certain conditions( if hours > 8, then get the workflow triggered). 
Is there any way to control this..any clue is appreciated.
