Issue with Extended Notifications - Multiple notifications are generated

Hi Friends,
  I have defined the Schedule selection and delivery schedule as per the
attached screen shot, but my problem is i am getting more than one
notification for  a single work item. This is happening with the Full
Schedule which runs at morning 4.00 am. I have scheduled
SWN_SELSEN every 10 min. Please let me know what could be the issue.
