User decision button texts

Hi All,
 
This is wrt translation of texts for user decision buttons.
We are using English and Finnish language, and texts are maintained as
Approve and Reject respectively for 2 buttons - in English. ( The same
has not yet been translated in Finnish language)
When the user decision is executed in Finnish language, Texts are seen
as " Decision " for both the buttons. Wanted to know is it due to that
translation is not maintained?  
While logged in Finnish , Should the texts not be seen as Approve and
Reject ( which is maintained in English) instead of "Decision"  which is
shown currently?
