How To Delete Documents From A Users In-Box

Deepak,
You could forward the work item to all agents but him...(if it was a few
people that might be possible).

Or you could remove him as a possible agent for the task or off of the
responsibility tied to your rule...then execute agent rules again.
Course this is only possible depending on your design.

And finally if you had a container element that contained excluded
agents you could change the container to add your users name and then
execute agent rules again.

Thanks and Good Luck!

Hi Raju,

I think that Deepak wanted to just delete the work item from one user's
in-box and leave it in all others. I believe that SWWL would delete the
entire workflow...it would be gone from all in-boxes.

Hi Deepak,

Yes you can happly delete work items specific to agents.

Use transaction code SWWL to delete work items with the following
available options.

ID
Type
Status
Creation date
Creation time
Agent

Hope this shud solve your problem.

Regards,
Raju
