Regarding how to add reviewers dynamically in SRM workflow

Hi, we are having difficulty in adding reviewrs dynmically through program in SRM shopping cart workflow. 
For example:-- if the first approver is manager1 then a reviewer "srmanager" is also to be added to the workflow automatically without user intervention. 
If you have any idea on this through adhoc functionality, please let me know.
