Workflow Log Modification

Hi Friends,

I'm developing a workflow for purchase requisition, i'm having doub't 
regarding agent modification in workflow log.
while creating a purchase requistion it will triggered workflow and 
generate the workflow log in the particular transaction now I need to 
modify as shown below 

As per requirement i need to provide agent name instead of system message, 
whether it's possible if please advise me to solve.
