Authorizations to see the attachments

Hi Pros,
Do we need special authorizations to see the attachments from SAP inbox.
I have test SAP user, which I can't open the attachments from inbox..the same thing I can do it from my inbox with SAP_ALL ..

I think I need to have some kind of authoriations..
