Workflow getting triggered via 'Workflow started' and not

Hello Prashanthi,

Your event queue is turned off and you're getting the message
"'System overloaded, repeat batch immediately"

Could the system indeed be overloaded? If so, that would explain why
the problem is only sometimes. Have you tried using the batch queue?
