Method 'PROCESS' is not defined for object type 'BUS2089'

Hi everyone

We are on ECC6.0

Standard Trip Expenses workflow, copied and changed slightly. There are 
two decision steps in it (both as per the standard wrkflow), 1st one work 
ok, the second one gives the error above. I have checked the bindings and 
task definitions all looks ok i.e the BO is DECISION (not BUS2089) method 
PROCESS. Has anyone come across this error before?
