Determining the Responsibility (RY) at run time.

Hello everyone,

We are using Responsibility Rules for agent determination. At run time, the
workflow system will execute the rule for agent determination and will route
a dialog work item based on a responsibility (RY) definition that meets the
routing criteria.

We have a unique client requirement to report/derive this responsibility. So
my question is: how do you do a reverse look-up for the responsibility (RY)
that met the routing requirement of a work item. Another way of asking this
might be -- is it possible to determine the responibility (RY) of a rule
(AC) once the workflow has the AC_CONTAINER values.

We are in ECC6.0.
