The 2009 ASUG Annual Conference will be held May 11 - 14, in Orlando, Florida.

The Workflow and BPM Special Interest Group is always seeking fresh ideas for educational sessions (no marketing, please!) for this event.

You do not need to be an ASUG member in order to speak at an ASUG Conference. As an ASUG Speaker, you will receive a complimentary conference registration. There is a limit to the number of comp'ed speakers per session though.

Some potential WF/BPM topics might include:

1) Real-world case studies including upgrades

2) Workflow Administration

3) Event management

4) Business Rules Management

5) Agent Determination

The 2009 ASUG Annual Conference, co-located with SAP SAPPHIRE(r) is the SAP ecosystem event of the year, providing unparalleled access to customer-driven education, influence activities, and real-world SAP success stories<http://www.sapandasug.com/ASUG/AnnualConference2009/index.cfm?fuseaction=email.Redirect&EID=27DF65777501>.

In 2008, 15,000 people attended ASUG Annual Conference and SAPPHIRE in Orlando. These events are successful because they offer the latest business strategies along with practical, hands-on education for SAP users across the continent. Now is the time for you to start planning your participation in this incredible event.

Presenting at the ASUG Annual Conference not only helps other members connect the dots, but it can also bring visibility to your company, demonstrate your thought leadership, and earn you valuable SAP Customer Appreciation Program (CAP) credits.* Primary speakers also receive complimentary registration to the event.

ASUG is actively seeking abstracts that highlight:

 * Customer stories of real-world SAP experiences
 * Leading practices your company has developed
 * Strategies for leveraging existing SAP solutions to increase ROI
 *   Upgrade experiences
 * Successful reporting and information delivery options
 * Effective integrations with various aspects of the SAP landscape
 * Business results or efficiencies gained as a result of your company's participation on an ASUG Influence Council
 * Lessons learned from ASUG Benchmarking studies

Conference Program Committee members review abstracts as they are submitted. The submission deadline is Monday, December 1, 2008. This deadline is approaching quickly, so be sure to submit today<http://www.sapandasug.com/ASUG/AnnualConference2009/index.cfm?fuseaction=email.Redirect&EID=B41E65777504>.
