Determine default Role Resolution if no Result

Hi,
 
Am creating a ROLE using type RESPONSIBILITIES to determine the approver
based on the material group. I need to have a functionality such that
the workflow should determine a kind of Super User if no approver exist
for certain material group. In the Role I see that we have a checkbox
"Terminate if Role Resolution as no result" perhaps in this case I want
a superuser to be determined instead of terminating?
