No workflow for leave request triggered

Hi All,

We are currently facing an issue when trying to trigger the standard leave
request workflow (WS12300111).

The configuration to link the absence type and the workflow template has
been set up in the IMG under Personnel Management.

>From the table PTREQ_HEADER, the leave request is populated in the SAP
system when submitted via the portal. The leave request is also displayed
when running program RPTARQDBVIEW.

The problem we face is that no workflow is triggered for this request.

This was previously working at the start of February. No changes have been
made to the configuaration since the last workflow was triggered in early
February.

The background jobs have been activated via SWU3 under the user WF-BATCH
that is assigned the required profiles of SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.
I'd greatly appreciate any ideas you would have in solving this puzzle.
